"I joined the school the first year it opened. I was 13 and left when I was 18. I can't imagine going through highschool without those Tuesday night classes, the road trips, the recitals and the epic year end finales. I met and befriended the most amazing group of girls (and one boy). Jackie pushed us to be our best and she saw us grow from young teens into confident women. I still pull out a treble reel once and a while when I hear Irish music and love sharing the fact that I Irish Danced for five years whenever anything Irish comes up in conversation. Being a part of the Tara School of Irish Dance helped shape who I am today."

I have enjoyed dancing with this school for 11 years, and it has always been a joy. The instructor and students are amazing, and I feel like we're a big wonderful family! I highly recommend this school for anyone who loves Irish music, or wants to meet some great people, or get some exercise, or discover a new side of you that you didn't even know existed. I had never danced before, but decided to give it a try when I was in my 30's - and I'm so happy I did. The people were very welcoming, and supportive. It's never too late to learn!

A brilliant dance school. I danced for years with Tara School of Irish Dance and now my daughter has been dancing with Jackie for the past 5 years. She loves Irish Dancing and can't wait to start again in September. Jackie is an amazing teacher.
